Subscription Cancellation:
Monthly Subscriptions: If you are subscribed to a monthly plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the platform and its features until the end of your billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscription plans, you can request to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase to be eligible for a full refund. If you choose to cancel after the 14-day period, your subscription will remain active until the end of the subscription term, and no refunds will be issued.
Refund Policy:
Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription fees. If you decide to cancel your monthly subscription, you will not be charged starting from the next billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions: If you request a refund for an annual subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, after the 14-day period, no refunds will be provided for annual subscriptions.
Exceptions: Refunds will only be granted for annual subscriptions within the 14-day window if the platform's services were not provided as expected or if there was a technical issue that prevented you from using the platform effectively. Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund or Cancel Your Subscription:
To request a refund or cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
Send an email to our support team at support@grootin.in with the subject line "Refund Request" or "Subscription Cancellation."
In your email, provide the following information:
1. Your full name and registered email address.
2. The reason for your refund request or cancellation.
Our support team will review your request and process your refund within 3-5 business days, that means you shall have the money back in your account with in 5 days if you meet the refund criteria.

Any changes to the policy will be communicated through our website and platform. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically to stay informed about any updates.
